This initiative allows Film.io DAO members to become certified experts, providing community support and earning compensation. We’re rolling out applications for Certified Film.io Expert roles, inviting top creators, superfans, and long time community members to apply. Certified experts will receive a unique NFT, access to the Expert Portal, and the opportunity to get compensated while sharing best practices and helping other Filmioids get their questions answered.
How Film.io Village Community Customer Support Portal Works
Community members go to village.film.io to submit questions and receive answers from certified Film.io Experts.
On the other side, certified experts receive questions and provide prompt assistance.
What are the benefits for becoming a certified Film.io Expert?
When you become a certified expert you gain access to monthly “seasons” and compensation including access to the Community Expert Compensation Pool for your contribution and your service to the broader community. The allocation of Film.io Expert Monthly (season) awards is based on the quality and speed of expert responses. Monthly “Seasons” give experts an opportunity to get awarded for the time they spend as leaders in the community.
